Initial Phone/Video Consultation (20 minutes) complimentary
Intake Appointment (75 minutes) $450
Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes) $300
Parent Consultation Session with or
without child present (50 minutes) $300
Counseling/Consultation Sessions of other lengths prorated based on individual therapy session rate
Collateratal Contact with other providers prorated based on individual therapy session rate

Insurance
I am not on any preferred provider panels at this time and do not work directly with any insurance companies. However, if you have an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive reimbursement for all or a portion of the therapy fee. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance provider the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network therapy session?
- Do I need pre-authorization before beginning therapy?
If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, I will provide you with a monthly statement called a superbill. You may then submit your charges for our sessions to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Please note that some insurance companies require a diagnosis of record demonstrating medical necessity. We can discuss benefits and limitations in doing so.
Payment
I accept cash, check, HSA/FSA card, or credit card. Payment is due at the time of the session.
Cancellations
Appointments are usually scheduled on a weekly basis, at a time specifically held for you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for canceling an appointment, otherwise you are responsible for payment for the session. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
